Although SNP Distribution works hard to provide the best available equipment to our customers, occasionally a manufacturer's fault may occur.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, please use the following guidelines to most efficiently rectify your problem:

 

1. Thoroughly read all manuals which apply to your product/equipment to ensure the fault is not related to an incorrect assembly or user operation.

 

2. Locate your original Purchase INVOICE for your product. If you are unable to find it, you may request another copy from us, FREE by sending us an email:
invoice@snpdistribution.com.au . In your email, you need to include the full name or names of the original purchaser(s) of the goods along with your address & phone number(s) at the time of making the purchase. If your address and/or phone number(s) have now changed, please also include your new address and/or phone numbers. Upon receipt of your email, an electronic version of your original purchase INVOICE will be emailed to you in PDF format within 2 working days, based on Brisbane's business trading calendar.

 

3. Write down the exact problem you are having with the product/equipment. This will help you properly describe/explain the problem to the manufacturer/service centre and will consequently help you to achieve the best outcome.

 

4. On your original INVOICE should be listed your original purchase date, length of your warranty and contact phone number to call if you experience any problems with your product/equipment (If this phone number is missing, please phone our office immediately). You need to try to be next to your product/equipment when you attempt to phone the number shown on your original INVOICE. Also be sure to have your written fault description with you so you can read it to the person on the phone.

 

5. Depending on the outcome on the phone, you may need to take the goods/equipment to a repair centre and/or wait for a repair person to come to you. Be sure to keep your original INVOICE safely on hand as this will validate any legitimate repairs under the manufacturer's warranty.

N.B In the event you have misplaced your original purchase INVOICE, you need to arrange to have access to an EMAIL address to receive our FREE invoice retrieval service. A $35 fee applies to anyone wishing to have a reprinted hardcopy of their original INVOICE sent to them in the mail.
